Dobbins earned his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern State University and his law degree from the University of Tulsa. He served more than 20 years as the associate district judge for Cherokee County and as the assistant district attorney from 1991-94.
Dobbins, of Tahlequah, will serve a 10-year term on the tribe’s five-member Supreme Court bench.
